Equipment Engineer

Job description:

1. 3 years or more of equipment maintenance work experience;

2. Responsible for the programming of automatic placement and wire bonding equipment;

3. Support the whole process of product placement (and) wiring work, and realize the transfer from drawings to production with the product engineering team;

4. Introduce and evaluate related equipment, continue to optimize the placement and wiring process, and improve product quality and production efficiency;

5. Be good at communicating with others, work meticulously, bear hardships and stand hard work;

6. Familiar with optical coupling equipment, ASM's Wirebongding, Die bongding, Seamsealing machine (AD862\, reflow soldering equipment is preferred;

job requirements:

1. Equipment exception handling and program debugging;

2. Carry out equipment maintenance work according to the equipment maintenance annual plan;

3. Improvement of existing equipment

4. Training employees to use equipment;

5. Familiar with the application of FMEA, DOE, CPK and other analysis tools and methods

6. Responsible for the management of equipment maintenance spare parts, including inventory management, purchase requisitions and tracking of arrivals;

崗位描述：

1、3年或以上設備維護工作經驗；

2、負責自動貼片、打線設備編程工作；

3、支撐產品全過程貼片（及）打線工作，與產品工程團隊實現從圖紙到生產的轉移；

4、相關設備引進評估，持續優化貼片及打線工藝，提升產品品質及生成效率；

5、善于與人溝通、 工作細致、吃苦耐勞；

6、熟悉光學耦合設備，ASM 公司的Wirebongding ,Die bongding ,Seamsealing機（AD862\，回流焊設備的優先；

任職要求：

1、設備異常處理和程序調試；

2、依據設備維護年度計劃進行設備的維護工作；

3、現有設備的改進

4、培訓員工設備使用；

5、熟悉FMEA、DOE、CPK等分析工具及方法的應用

6、負責設備維護備品的管理，包括庫存的管理，請購和跟蹤到貨情況；
