New product introduction engineer

Job description:

1. Lead the convening of trial production preparation meetings and trial production summary meetings;

2. Responsible for the research and production introduction of modules and new process platforms;

3. Lead the completion of DVT/PQT testing of new product introduction, output related reports, organize review and improvement work, and finally achieve mass production goals;

4. Lead the manufacturability review in the product development stage;

5. Collection of test equipment and fixture design requirements, communication plan with R&D and procurement, and tracking and implementation;

6. Lead the analysis and continue to improve the straight-through rate of optical module production, and achieve the preset goals of the project;

7. Analysis of abnormality of optical modules in the production line, analysis of customer complaints, analysis of FQC approval, and a detailed analysis report

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic information, communication, automation, optoelectronics, etc., CET4, able to read English technical materials proficiently.

2. 5 years and above related work experience, optical module, optical device industry experience is preferred.

3. Proficiency in analog, digital circuit and other related professional knowledge.

4. Have a good team spirit, good communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and work actively and conscientiously

 

新產品導入工程師

崗位描述：

1、主導召開試產準備會議和試產總結會議；

2、負責模塊及新工藝平臺的研究與生產導入；

3、主導完成新產品導入的DVT/PQT測試，輸出相關報告，組織評審與改善工作，最終達成量產目標；

4、主導產品開發階段的可制造性評審工作；

5、測試設備，治具設計需求收集，和研發，采購溝通方案，并跟蹤和實施；

6、主導分析和持續提升光模塊生產直通率，達成項目預設目標；

7、產線中光模塊不良異常分析，客訴異常分析，FQC批退分析，并形成詳細分析報告

任職要求：

1、本科及以上學歷，電子信息、通信、自動化、光電子等相關專業，CET4，能夠熟練閱讀英文技術資料。

2、5年及以上相關工作經驗，光模塊，光器件行業經驗優先考慮。

3、熟練掌握模擬、數字電路等相關專業知識。

4、具備良好的團隊合作精神，良好的溝通交流技巧，抗壓能力強，工作積極認真
